BrandStack legal
Privacy notice
Draft dated 17 August 2026
What this notice covers
This notice explains what happens when you use the enquiry form on the BrandStack marketing website. It does not yet cover a customer portal, online payments, or other future BrandStack products.
How the enquiry form works
The form runs in your browser and prepares a draft addressed to hello@brandstack.co.zw. The website does not send the message or store the form answers in a BrandStack database. Your email app should open, and you must review and send the message yourself.
Once you send it, your email app, your email provider, BrandStack's email provider, and ordinary email systems may process and retain the message under their own terms.
Information included in the draft
The draft may include your name, business name, email address, optional phone or WhatsApp number, business type, catalogue size, current selling channel, branding and domain status, preferred checkout, customization needs, launch timing, and anything you add to the message field.
How an email enquiry may be used
If you send the email, BrandStack may use the information to understand your request, recommend a suitable service, reply to you, and keep a record of the business conversation. Sending an enquiry does not create a customer contract.
Technical data and future services
The enquiry form itself does not set cookies or intentionally add its answers to website logs. Hosting, security, analytics, or monitoring services may process routine technical request data if they are enabled. The production setup must be confirmed and this notice updated before launch.
Your choices
You can leave the form at any time without opening an email draft. If you have already sent an enquiry, contact BrandStack to ask about correcting or deleting the message. Do not send passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information through this form.
Questions
Email hello@brandstack.co.zw with privacy questions. BrandStack should add its approved legal identity, physical contact details, retention periods, and production service providers before this notice goes live.
